About the role
We're hiring promo schedulers and virtual assistants to support our creator brands. You'll be the person who books promos daily: talking with providers, lining up collaborations and keeping each creator's promo schedule full. It's a full-time job with flexible hours, so you can fit it around your own day.
What you'll do
- Reach out to promo providers and pages every day
- Negotiate and book promo slots for our creators
- Keep a clear, up-to-date schedule of booked and upcoming promos
- Track spend, performance and follow-ups
- Work remotely against clear, measurable targets
Earnings
- Average scheduler: ~$400/month
- Top scheduler last month: $650
- Base pay + bonuses based on how many promos you schedule each day. The more you schedule, the more you get paid.
What we're looking for
- Strong written English and confident, friendly communication with providers
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space to work from
- Organised and consistent, able to juggle many conversations and bookings at once
- Availability for a full-time schedule, with flexible hours
Nice to have
- Previous outreach, booking, scheduling or virtual-assistant experience
- Basic CRM or spreadsheet skills
